I am new to this program and trying to cut back on carbs. My coach recommended Mighty Health site recipes. I tried the 2-ingredient pancakes today and they were pretty good! I added a pinch of salt to the batter and cooked them in a little butter. The banana sweetened them enough so no syrup was needed! Quick and easy low-carb greakfast!

Want to share this recipe for eggplant meatballs. Don't worry if you do not like eggplant. It really just serves as a filler and these do not taste at all like eggplant. But oh my, they are so good. Hi!! I used Mighty Health a year or two ago for a while. Then life happened. I'm back now and staying. The exercise options work so well and I don't feel like an elephant trying to dance with gazelles as I do on other fitness apps. I'm a retired computer programmer with too many things I want to do, and self-care needs to come first!

One victory of wanted to share with the community, is awareness. i'm not sure how many days it's been perhaps around ten I think. each day that I log my food and commit to the exercise and meditation; even attending the virtual events brings me to a place of commitment. yet to be very honest with the community I am struggling because, exercising is hard. even though it is making lasting meaningful changes requires discipline. I am following through but I realize how far from good health I really am. With that being said, I do enjoy very much the community as well as the exercises, meditation and virtual zoom presentations. thus far, I can say I appreciate this program, and the all who supported it. If I don't respond to comments I do apologize I am learning to navigate the app, as many GEN Xers, i'm trying to catch up to technology, as well as having a memory like Dory๐ŸŸ from finding Nemo doesn't help, Lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ take care everyone.
