Gift Subscriptions

What if the person I gift a membership to doesn't want to use it?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee so they can try out Mighty Health risk free. If they don't want to use it, see our cancellation instructions below.

Can I buy a membership for someone outside of the U.S.?

Yes, Mighty Health is available internationally! You can select a country when purchasing the gift membership. Please note that coaching is currently only available in English. If you purchase an international membership and it does not work for any reason, we will refund you in full.

How do I change or cancel my gifted subscription?

For any issues regarding your subscription such as updating an email address, phone number, or payment method, please contact us at support@mightyhealth.com and our support staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number so we can resolve your request in a timely manner.

When do I get charged for my gifted subscription?

You will be charged for your subscription immediately after purchase. If you have selected a delivery date for your gift that is after the date of purchase, your next billing renewal date will be extended to accommodate the delay.

What is the gift receiver’s phone number used for?

We ask for a phone number to create their account. Once they download the app, the phone number you provide to us will be their way to easily access their account with your gifted subscription. Their phone number will also be used as the main form of contact between them and their assigned health coach, and will never be shared with anyone else.

How do I stop or make changes to my text updates?

If you would like to stop receiving updates on their progress in the program through text, you can simply reply back to the number.

Can I change the delivery date of my gift?

We are able to change the delivery date as long as a request is made 2 business days prior to the original delivery date. Please email support@mightyhealth.com and include your order number so we can resolve your request in a timely manner.

What is your cancellation policy?

For a full refund, cancellations must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase. Otherwise, any cancellations made will reflect on the upcoming billing date. Members will have full access to Mighty Health until then. To cancel your subscription, please send a request to support@mightyhealth.com and include your order number.
