About this program

Resistance bands are elastic bands that add low impact tension during exercises in order to engage muscles and build strength. Resistance bands are an excellent alternative to using machines at a gym, and can be cheaply and easily purchased at a local retailer or online. They’re lightweight and easily stored, which makes them perfect for an at home workout routine!
