BACKHi im Christine from Maine. I joined this program because im looking to learn how to eat right and exercise. ive tried every diet pill/diet done tons of workout programs but nothing ever stuck. i suffer from severe anemia (doctors dont know why) i get iron infusions every few months so it definitely makes working out hard when i am so lethargic. ive also been recently diagnosed with HBP. I want to change my lifestyle and focus on just myself for once and get to a healthy point in my life where I actually feel "good"
