Hi, I'm Robin from central NJ. This morning it was confirmed what I already knew in my heart to be true, I'm a type II Diabetic. I know that I have a lot of changes to make, and I honestly don't know how I'm going to motivate myself to do it. I stress eat/comfort eat, and my weight has gotten so out of control that I always feel exhausted. This is all very overwhelming, and I'm trying to avoid negative self talk (and failing). I really hope that this app can help me turn things around.
