One victory of wanted to share with the community, is awareness. i'm not sure how many days it's been perhaps around ten I think. each day that I log my food and commit to the exercise and meditation; even attending the virtual events brings me to a place of commitment. yet to be very honest with the community I am struggling because, exercising is hard. even though it is making lasting meaningful changes requires discipline. I am following through but I realize how far from good health I really am. With that being said, I do enjoy very much the community as well as the exercises, meditation and virtual zoom presentations. thus far, I can say I appreciate this program, and the all who supported it. If I don't respond to comments I do apologize I am learning to navigate the app, as many GEN Xers, i'm trying to catch up to technology, as well as having a memory like Dory๐ŸŸ from finding Nemo doesn't help, Lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ take care everyone.

Martha K Steve, you say you are "far from good health". maybe another way to view this is each day you follow the program, you are in better health than you were the day before. I changed my mindset to realize each day I participate, it's one more step on the marathon! you're doing awesome by participating each and every day!

Mighty M Steve... I struggle with doing all the things I know would make me feel better. I have a ton of knowledge, but usually I take on way too much at once and then just give up. I'm starting here again because I know I can do these exercise sessions and gain strength and flexibility... one little bit at a time. You are not alone, change is often hard for me too... even knowing what I know. Mighty Health is supportive and sensible!!! We can do this!
